2 weeks after I checked out from apartments, Blueground sent to airbnb a complain that I have stolen lamp, glasses and some other staff. They wanted to charge me 160 euro. AirBNB has taken my side, because I had photos which prove that Blueground is lying. I wanted to leave a negative review about Blueground, but it’s not possible. These scammers sent a report exactly 2 weeks after check out, because on airbnb users can’t leave a review if 14 days passed. That’s why I leave a review here. Want to alert people: Blueground is scam!
Very bad customer care
During my checkout an accountant Kutay sent me an email approving with me 1486TL of deposit deduction, but when I saw a transaction statement I saw additional 3540 TL for the little dots and lines on the walls that could be cleaned with a sponge. I consider that kind of customer care as unacceptable and I strongly DONT recommend Blueground in Turkey at least. Airbnb is better even though it’s harder to find a suitable option there sometimes

The keys don’t fit
We tried to move in the flat and keys which were left for us in a lockbox were from a wrong flat.
We were with a lot of stuff and it was very unexpected. How it was possible? You were preparing our flat, you were checking all inside it and then you closed the door and left the wrong keys. Now we are waiting for our keys at the reception.
Moreover I was sending the pictures and videos about situation and the App was constantly ordered me to switch notification on. It was so annoying and useless.
1 out of 10 when there’s a problem
Never again. At first day of arrival we had a leakage that was caused by cheap and poorly installed hygienic shower. Cause of that our computer, iPad, clothes that we needed to go for a business trip were flooded, I got ill because of cold water. Then multiple incompetent uncoordinated tech teams came wasting our time, knowing nothing about the situation and what they were supposed to do. Teams were coming too early or too late, never on time, not knowing about what the previous team has done. Support was loosing out videos and our messages with important information. After all, the support agent said it’s all properly fixed and the compensation is a miserable 1%. That’s how this company values clients.

Absolutely terrible experience
Have stayed in Blueground for over 6 months previously and was a repeat customer. This time it was a terrible experience. The home had a taped showerhead that was leaking water, restroom was not working, no heat or cooling in near zero temperatures outside, non working wifi, missing basic amenities that blueground provides for the first couple of days, dirty apartment (huge egg splatter on microwave). It was totally unlivable coupled with loud construction noise outside. When I felt compelled to leave within 15 days even though I had prepaid for the whole month, support never responded to the messages. Even now 2 weeks after vacating ahead of schedule I haven’t heard back from support. Really traumatic experience and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

the place i rented from that organization had broken tiles in eve bathroom, work paint everywhere, leaky windows, and i had to get rid of cockroaches in the kitchen
I haven’t received my deposit back one week after moving out and their staff acknowledging that there was no issue with the place
App doesn’t work for IOS
I’ve downloaded the app three times to my iPhone now, and all it allows me to do is link with my own email. Blueground informed me that there was an IOS version at the App Store. Not that I have found.
