App stops working
I was working great for a while then suddenly stops working. I was logged out of my account. When you reach out to customer support via email, they say they can’t help unless i pay for a monthly subscription. I have bought the app when it was $50 when it first came out before it was free. This is very unprofessional. I have lost all client information and they refuse to help me get back into my account. I’m a small business and now going to lose thousands this month losing all my client list. I don’t think anyone should have to go through this. Not worth it.
