I love boohoo and the clothes and anything else is not the issue but this app is terrible it never loads it turns off whenever. You try to add items to your wishlist and they don’t go in. And half the time I can’t even access my wishlist or when I do it crashes. Seriously this app needs some kind of update cause it’s bad

Boohoo has become one of my favourite online clothes shops. I love the variety of clothes with their different styles and they’re not made with crappy fabric. One thing I would like for them to add, would be creating an option where you can add your own lists so that you can add your liked clothes to it. And also when your looking at an item, showing similar clothes to that item especially when the item comes as a set. Most times you find a really nice set but have only been shown the top and then you have to search through to find the bottoms.

I ordered two pair of shoes at £24.00 each but when the payment went through they had increased in price at the non sale price which has resulted in me having to purchase again at the correct sale price. I will be returning the full price ones as it will not allow me to adjust the order after payment.

Would be a great online shop and i love the clothes on there but sadly does not let me sign up and create an account.
