Book Clubs Loop For Parents

Continuous crashing when trying to place an order and pay. Makes it impossible to use.

Like many others opinion it seems like who ever created this app didn’t test the app extensively. App is too slow, and at the moment of writing I am trying to buy books and the app doesn’t load at all even after downloading the most recent update. I wonder how many sales they are missing out on because of these app issues. We can’t be bothered after trying some time we give up and order books from amazon or somewhere else.

I suspect that the designers have never actually tested the process of trying to order a book using this app. There are so many things wrong with it. The search function does not work. It’s impossible to view an existing order without adding to it. It regularly crashes and times out. This is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. I’m actually considering getting cash out of the bank and putting it in an envelope to order books so I don’t have to deal with the rage-inducing process of using this app.

Whoever is responsible for the development of this app should be fired / beyond abysmal in almost every objective measure - design, usability, performance and stability all awful.

Not user friendly. Very slow. Not particularly well set out. Incredibly slow. Probably better to order using the manual form with the book.

The app does not work. Had to load it multiple times over a few days to try and place the order. It also gives you the option to search the item yet that doesn’t even work. Fix your app or I won’t be purchasing again.

Doesn’t add books to cart on entry mode and keeps circling back to the main ordering screen! What’s the point of promoting your book club catalogue through schools if you don’t have an effective platform for ordering???

Really cool to be able to order books for my kids but the UI is painful. Fonts are small and buttons are unintuitive. Some font colours are super difficult to read, eg white on light grey. Descriptions for books don’t need to be buried three menus deep. Could do with being made a lot cleaner and simpler.

This app needs to be fixed.

Not user friendly. Crashes easily. Be better.
