Bad review b/c it hardly ever works and no matter if you are in WiFi or not the app constantly buffers and may even log you out as you try to key in information. It takes a very long time to load as well. Because functionality it is a good app to use for what it says it’s for only if it works correctly. Company I work for has been using it for a while however the same issues still remain.

App worked well - brand ambassador and had no issues. Would recommend.

system updates and enhancements usually cause more problems than fixes . Lost out of tons of opportunities with my part time employer because of my inability to access the app ( due to booked out issue not user error ) I wish my company would migrate systems anything would be better than this

This app was glitchy to begin with. It constantly crashes and then in April 2022, it just went down. It’s now October 2022, the events that load aren’t even ones I’m staffed on, and I can only ever see my events on the app after the events have occurred. The people at BookedOut don’t seem bothered by the fact the app doesn’t work. They just tell us to “update” the app which I have done multiple times without it actually fixing anything. Not sure why we still use this, it accomplishes nothing.

I have to email booked out at least once a month for issues. It never works correctly. There are so many bugs and they always seem to be working on them, but they are NEVER fixed.

I have NEVER had a successful event submission with this app and I’ve used it for several events I get booked through the company I work for as an independent contractor. It’s glitchy. I submit everything and have to screenshot every answer and then send those to my contact because I know I’m going to get an email 2 weeks after said event that states I “missed” questions or submissions. What is the point of even continuing to have this app active? It’s god awful. I wish so badly that we could use something else and that I could have direct contact with BookedOut’s customer support so I could screenshot them all the stuff the app says I clearly submitted to prove to them the email is wrong.

The app doesn’t load available events or events that you are scheduled for. Tech support is nonexistent. I cannot retrieve important information about the upcoming shifts I am scheduled for. Fix the app!!!

Jobs lost bc this app is always down Cannot see current jobs or future events o completed jobs updates are NOT working

This app always has issues loading. So many times I’ve not been able to see my schedule with important information. Also separates 1099 and W2 jobs. I have a job from like 10 years ago it doesn’t give the option to delete it off my profile and I have to click past it to view my current jobs. They don’t have quick tech support either.

This app never seems to function fully and always has issues.
