I recently downloaded the app, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Customer support was unhelpful and unprofessional. The representative kept telling me to update the app even though I already had the latest version installed. I explained the same issue multiple times, but they didn’t seem to understand and ended up canceling my order four times.

I also noticed that the app accepts payments from some banks but consistently rejects cards from a specific bank, which doesn’t make sense and should be investigated.

On top of that, the communication was very poor. The chat indicated an estimated response time of 2 minutes, but I had to wait around 20 minutes, making the whole process even more frustrating.

I hope you improve both the app and your customer support service, as this experience was far below expectations.

Really enjoy using this app! My only suggestion is to add Google Maps support. Currently it only integrates with Apple Maps, but many users prefer Google Maps. Adding the option would make it perfect.
