Seems the developers of this app are deaf to both music and user input. Otherwise they would have added the “ultra” basic option of being able to save your EQ settings because for example classic music obviously needs different settings than EDM. Since that essential feature is missing I rate this app one star instead of five.

I had the latest QC Ultra Earbuds for almost a month. 1st few weeks there is always connection issues that I have to put the earbuds into the charging case and take them out again, occasionally need to re-pair as new. 

However, this week the earbuds just get disconnected within 2mins and they have to be repair again and they get disconnected again within 2min!

I end up deleted the app and I never face connection issues anymore. So the root cause it the Bose app!

I switched from AirPods Pro and I love the better sound quality for Bose. But the connection issues really makes me regret my decision.

I have been a fan of multiple versions of the Bose earbuds and headphones, they are great, especially for ANC! The app however is why I marked my review the way I did, it is odd to not support landscape mode for the IPad. Time to keep up with the times Bose dev team!

Bose sounds good but update is ever lasting and sound bar does not work. 
I bought a new sound bar ultra and te very moment after adding to music app, the bar goes to update. 
And it never ended. Wasted overnight my time trying to fix it by various troubleshooting methods but not useful even after factory reset as soon adding to music app it again goes to update and never finishes. 
Please update logic to have some timeouts and retry next day or next week and make sound bar and its accessories keep working meanwhile.

Even though I switched off background refresh, I can see that ever hour there is average 15-25 min background activity that is draining my phone battery. This is very upseting. And I dont even use my headset daily, so I really dont understand why is app working on the background every hour?

Updated this app to the latest version 7.1.5, and facing a regular popping sound issue on my base module 500 ever since. It was working way fine before the update.

Is this a known issue?

Any upcoming update to fix to this noise pollution?
