Seit ihrer Einführung ist die Box Breathe App ein vertrauenswürdiger Begleiter für Tausende von Menschen, die Meditation und Yoga-Atmung praktizieren, sowie für diejenigen, die mit Panikattacken und Schlaflosigkeit zu kämpfen haben oder einfach nur nach einem unkomplizierten Werkzeug suchen, das ihnen hilft, sich durch das Atmen zu entspannen. Sportler verwenden Box Breathe, um den Atem während und nach intensiven Trainingseinheiten, Laufen oder Schwimmen zu kontrollieren und zu beruhigen.

Mit seinem einfachen und intuitiven Design bietet Box Breathe eine hochgradig anpassbare Reihe von Funktionen, um Ihre Ziele zu erreichen:

- wählen Sie zwischen dem „klassischen“ Box-Modus mit gleicher Dauer der Atemphasen und dem „Freiform“ -Modus, in dem Sie für jede Phase eine individuelle Dauer festlegen können
- programmieren Sie Ihre Atmungssitzung mit einem praktischen Timer, indem Sie entweder eine Anzahl von Atemzyklen oder eine Gesamtdauer einstellen
- passen Sie die Dauer der Atemphasen vor oder während einer Session mit einfachen Wischbewegungen an
- planen Sie Ihre wöchentlichen Atemübungen und stellen Sie Erinnerungen ein
- speichern Sie Ihre Atemmuster und greifen Sie schnell über ein Kontextmenü auf dem Hauptbildschirm darauf zu

Der Atem-Modus stoppt, wenn der Bildschirm ausgeschaltet wird, was ärgerlich ist, wenn man Akku sparen möchte. 3. Ich habe dem Support Feedback zu den Punkten 1 und 2 gegeben, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen kann ich nur davon abraten, diese App zu nutzen.
