Who makes the campaigns and causes? Seems like they are kinda random aside from Palestine. We need one for anti DEI.. asap.

I signed up for this up because it seemed like an easier interface to work on removing BDS targets from my products I use, initially I signed up as tier 2 boycat priority but when that was selected, I was unable to see brands like Sabra, who were big BDS targets because they were level 2 and it wasn’t showing, they also don’t have a lot of results yet for owned companies (like Estée Lauder brands) but I assume that’s just user submitted info

Exactly what I needed, it tells you exactly what you need to know about each product. Excellent App!!

This brilliant app makes making ethical (or at least less horrible) choices at the store so much easier! We know many of the big names to avoid but this app helps you connect the dots between some of the lesser known brands and seemingly conscientious brands with the giant multinationals that own them. It’s also fun to use for our 7 year old who loves helping us out with the scanning of products. This app has been a game changer

Every time I shop with Boycat and return a product to the shelf and choose another I feel fantastic. Seriously it is such a high.

Ive been looking for something to keep track of the companies that have donated to the ongoing conflict and President Trump’s campaign to become a better consumer who values the money i give to companies as a message. I found out how much L.L. Bean and McDonalds donated and I was sick. This app makes it so much easier to be a conscious consumer and the graphics are adorable!! I really appreciate how active the developer are to include all these new people and brands. Thanks guys !

This is pretty much everything that I needed, but I definitely have a suggestion. You might want to add a function in the app—unless it’s already being planned—that lets us download a massive database of these barcode numbers, so you can still scan stuff even while offline. I wouldn’t trust this stuff to last forever and you never know when big Tech will try to metaphorically tribute. The rest of my life will be dedicated to boycotting companies that fund any form of G-word or war—my life has been nothing BUT, and I’m tired of it. Time to push back economically. Thanks for Boycat!
