The app is so disappointing. Especially in their credit card. The transactions are not in real time so I have to wait for almost a week to know my transactions.

Transaction are showing multiple times with one reference number kinda confusing especially we are talking about money bugs shouldn’t be expected

This bank always deducts my account for the below ADB fee when my account is way above the the Average maintaining balance. Ganon kadayukdok at gahaman sa pera ang bank na to.

Nagtransfer ako ng money from my BPI mobile banking to my GCASH. Usually, nagrereflect sya real time pero till now wala pa din. All details are correct! Pero nadeduct na yung amount sa BPI ko and my confirmation email din. Please resolve this ASAP!!! Pang emergency yung pera na yun.

The app keeps logging you off “due to inactivity”, even while you are actually using the app. Does “activity” exclude scrolling, tapping to view account info, or tapping CONTINUE during a transaction? Please fix this.

It will be the perfect banking app if it has a feature to schedule bank transfer to non-BPI account. This is a standard feature in other banking app which BPI is missing.

We had been banking for 40+ yrs now from employment to after retirement from a private company. With the new technologies coming in, BPI does not want to be left behind; for pride or what? Continous update are being done, but still I can continue using both the mobile and PC based system using OTP. I have used the mobile key with an older SW version for some time. Two months or a month ago, the apps still allow me to download the older version during installation BUT when you use the apps, you are FORCED to update. But I have HW limitations that the new SW can not be uploaded. I don’t want to do away with my older cellphone and at my age, there are other priorities. Really have no idea if I have the same experience as others but can BPI still be conservative enough to care for its customers.

Credit card statement isn’t always available for viewing in this app. It would be better if I can view my credit card purchases in my app in real time so i can monitor my purchases.

ayusin nyo naman po APP nyo, my mental health is not stable simula ng gumamit ako ng BPI APP. Then mag spend ka pa ng whole day sa branch nila para lang mag ayos nung issue sa APP I cannot Never again
