The app is EXTREMELY hit and miss with the pump unlock feature. I feel as though more often than not it hasn’t worked more than it has worked which is especially painful given I ride a motorbike and then have to take the helmet/gear off for the pump to manually be unlocked. It’s also especially annoying because if I wanted to take the gear off/walk in store, I’d find one of MANY other much-much cheaper petrol stores nearby.

Can’t even add a card for payment. Never works.

From initiation process they want straight your phone number, registering with your home address, email and more. App very slow when using. That’s why I removed them, not recommended.

I’ve been using this app for years now and have always used BP premium fuels and my car never miss a beat. Any chance this app will have trip planner soon so customers can map and plan where BP stations are located for a long trip.

Won’t let me add rewards card to my apple iPhone 16 pro max. Need help fixing this issue. Had no problems adding rewards card to my apple iPhone 15 pro max so why won’t it let me add to my 16 pro max? Got no help with this either. Just checked again and now the bp app isn’t working at all now

So easy to use, especially with my kids in the car and when they are sleep. No pulling them out, no hassle. The app is so easy to use. Love it.

I live in Adelaide but the nearest location is showing as Stawell, VIC

Trying to open the app while paying at the servo and waiting to get the bar code takes way too long.
