Clubcard expired
Apple wallet keeps showing as Clubcard expired. Even if removed and re added
Now a garbage “marketplace” app
Not sure what B&Q were thinking, it’s now so much more difficult to browse for items available in store and either reserve or have them delivered. Now you have to wade through all the products that are listed but “available and delivered” by a multitude of other suppliers. If anything it will make me shop at B&Q even less.
Brilliant staff
I was down in BAQ Newry and a man called ART was so nice and helpful went above and beyond. If every company had a man like ART the sky is the limit. BAQ are very lucky to have him. James ARMAGH.
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried again and again to put an order through and I just get left with an animation that doesn’t end or ends with the screen locking!
No more
I’ve tried to use the app. I made some wish lists as they help with future planning, but now I can neither access them nor add or delete items. It’s all stopped working for me and hasn’t been working for weeks. I have tried uninstalling and downloading again, I have tried doing so before and after resetting my phone. Nothing. I give up. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
Can’t use the app
Keep pop up the notification, say that sorry, something went wrong
New app
The new app is frustrating and difficult to use. Once you have looked at an item, there is no option to go back to the searched items. App deleted from my phone.
Zoom & Support
App always opens with partial zoom & wont hold reduced zoom when screen pinched. So I tried the app support link & it doesn’t work ! iPhone 13 Mini.
New App not configured.
The ‘new’ app is not configured for an iPhone 13 display. Can’t see half of the menu options or back button. Totally useless and frustrating when on site.
