Why do I need to Enter my email and password every time? Why can’t you just make it like every other app that exist? It’s frustrating,

Rubbish site, why bother with this-never works, tried to use but stuck in a whizzing round searching ring. Deleted app tried to reinstall-again long delay in reinstalling-going round in circles.

Literally never works properly and it’s just the website reformatted instead of an actual app.

The app could be a lot nicer, eg keep having to re enter my postcode for bin dates but great that Bradford CC have created this.

It didn’t always need to reconfigure, reboot, forget your details, crash...

Having worked in IT for 40 years I can honestly say this is the worst app ever... I would give it a zero rating but there is no option to do that. Bradford council needs to get a refund from their IT supplier or sack the IT dept if it’s in house Reloaded app many many times and at best I get bin alerts once every 6 weeks, the app is unavailable more than available!!! This app is more of a front end web browser which means it does not work if you don’t have network connection

Better before, why fix if not broken!

Utter disgrace. Are my council rates paying for this. Inept.

Words fail me.

I only use the app for checking what bin needs to go out. Old app was fine. New app opens my browser to tell me. If I wanted to use my browser to tell me I WOULDN'T HAVE DOWNLOADED YOUR APP!
