I have been a customer now for approximately six months, and in that time even though I downloaded the app, I have to go to mini stages just to make a payment. This is very frustrating and I wish you could fix this problem. You should make it easier for people to make payments since people hate making payments anyway please make it easy for us.

Just started using the app and it’s ok:/ it freezes up a lot. Even after reinstalling app and turning off phone and turning it back on. Please fix, so I can give a better experience review.

I gave it a month and this app is still glitchy. I hate I have to keep starting up with putting information in that I’ve already put in but says it doesn’t recognize who I am. Omg this app is FROZEN!!!!! Fix bugs or I’ll delete!

12-30-24 Ok I’ve about had it with this app. It keeps asking me to try again. I’ve also deleted the and reset the password so many times, I’m just tired! Please fix!!! I see the every month it looks like the app is fixing on minor bugs! Maybe this software needs to be updated or replaced with something better!!! If it wasn’t for the credit company suggesting to use this app, I would have deleted by now!

This app has too many limitations on how to manage your payments compared to real banks. It would be nice if the app allowed for more robust payment options, especially when using a payment plan, allowing that payment plan to be the monthly payment instead of having to manually set it up each time. Bread Financial would be wise to take a page out of Apple credit cards book regarding payment plans on products.

I have tried to call the financial support and customer support numbers for the app and bank that this app uses, Comenity.  Both have terrible customer service. My bank account cannot be linked in the app due to technical issues, but customer service insisted it was me correctly entering my bank account information. They wanted me to give them my bank account information over the phone so they could do it for me. I said I am not stupid enough to get my bank account information stolen!

Es una mentira de tarjeta, te la ofrecen diciéndote que te dan un bono de $200 dólares si gastas 1000 en 90 días y es mentira, dicen te envían la tarjeta y nunca llega en ese tiempo para luego cuando pasen los 90 días te la mandan y te dicen que no la usaste en el periodo de tiempo pura farsa y manipulación cuando llamas te atiende una supervisora llamada Virginia que deberían de removerla de su puesto trata a los clientes como si fueran estúpidos fresca y atrevida. Pésima tarjeta, 
Pésimo customer service deberían cambiarle el nombre por Tarjeta Mentira!

I opted for automatic payments when I first created my account. You can imagine my surprise when I accrued late fees on my card- as it turns out, your automatic payments start “1 or 2 billing cycles after enrolling,” which was disclosed to me AFTER I was charged. Save your energy, just get a different card.
