### ****- "Can’t sign in with Peloton"
I have tried for a couple of weeks, installing and deleting the app to see if it works, but it just doesn’t work… It keeps loading and loading if you pick to use your peloton account. Other Peloton’s apps are great, simple and work great… but this one, next time, before you promote it, email or ask peloton people to use anything, make sure we can actually log in and use it.

When signing up the plan I had chose offered a 7 day free trial. I tried it out for an hour before I decided I wasn’t a fan. They had immediately charged me. I reached out to Apple and they saw that the trial wasn’t even initiated. I then reached out to the developers at which point they didn’t even acknowledge the charge and basically told me I’m SOL. Would not download this app unless you want to lose $50 right off the bat and be scammed.

I loved the simplicity of this app and the ability to create my own breathing experience. 
I’ve recommended it to friends multiple times. Not sure what has happened but it no longer recognizes me so I can not access any of the app. After paying for a years subscription I am super frustrated. There should at least be an option to reset a password. However it was never needed before. I purchased in January and loved it until now.

The acquisition of Breathwrk destroyed what was once an indispensable app. I went through a month long dispute that I eventually had chargeback with American Express. Tried repeatedly to cancel with Breathwrk and got radio silence. Tried to cancel with Pelaton but they couldn’t locate my account since it was only with Breathwrk, this despite the billing invoice coming from Pelaton. Just a total mess. Finally got it worked out after Amex got involved and I filed an Attorney General complaint.

I’m a daily peloton meditation user, and was excited about the app. Love the guided breathing, but it feels like a huge miss to not have heart rate tracking via Apple Watch. I’ll stick with the flagship peloton meditation until the Breathwrk app gets watch support.

I’ve been using this app every single day since April 26 2025 and since today when they upgraded my app I can’t even get into it to use it and I’m sure that all my days have been lost. This has a huge disappointment. This better be fixed. I’ve had so many problems and no one even reaches out to make it right.

This app would be great if it worked all the time. I’ve had so many issues it’s crazy. Multiple times I’ve had 100-300 day streaks that have just erased for no apparent reason. It barely works half the time, haphazard sounds or no haptics or sounds even when they are selected. I can’t believe they haven’t worked out the same bugs it’s had for years. It doesn’t seem like a complicated app to have work consistently
