Integer steps (Encore), fractional (Niche, 1Zpresso), stepless, even grinders with negative settings - Brew methods — V60, Chemex, AeroPress, espresso, French press, Moka, Turkish, cold brew, or anything you invent - Brews — full recipe with 1–10 rating, tasting notes, and flavor tags THE DIAL-IN LOOP - Tap "Adjust & re-brew" on any past brew. Brew Tuner duplicates it so you can change one variable — usually grind — and try again. No more guessing what "two clicks finer" looked like last week. - The per-bean dial-in view groups your attempts by (grinder, brew method) and surfaces the best brew at the top.
