I signed up to watch the latest Mark Gatiss Ghost Story on Christmas Eve and it didn’t drop. Three weeks later it still isn’t up, despite Britbox having all the other episodes in the collection. Last year’s episode was up a couple hours after airing on BBC. Not sure what’s up this year but that’s a dealbreaker for me. Subscription cancelled.
Who do you have coding for you? This is horrendous. All my favourites are gone again! I can’t sign in on my TV because I’m being told I have to complete my subscription. I have it for more than two years now!!! Please, change your developer or something. I’m trying to relax not be more stressed 😖
Mystery, comedy, drama, you name it it’s there.
They have only very stuff (movies/TV series). BORING! Even their NEW stuff are OLD. I canceled the subscription. They should buy recent productions regularly.
Never any new shows literally I have watch in 6 months and there still nothing new time to cancel subscription
Have a subscription that works on Apple TV but on any other devices it doesn't. Of course the help site defines all possible problems. NOT. No email address given. If you can't help me then I can only terminate my subscription.

I cancelled my subscription because the app is so unreliable even on iPad Pro it constantly crashes, freezes and gives error messages. I’ve never gotten through a full hour of a programme without having to restarted the app and try and find what I was watching again to continue. The programming suits me better than Netflix but the app is so clunky and old fashioned it feels like it was designed 10 years ago and received no further updates. Got to the point where being in the mood to watch it was contingent on being in the mood to deal with the awful app. :( Would have been 5 stars for the content but zero stars for the app makes a significant dent in that.
Please fix the Bluetooth connection for vehicles. It plays music or podcasts over the Britbox show.
