Finally you are fit into the plain with family of 4 diverted into 4 different areas. Cool the way you manage bookings! Congratulation BA. 
Heathrow T5 looks like chaotic service. If you compare to LH or german MUC/FRA services there is not even close to EU standards. Sorry to say but checking us in T5/gatesA and announcing gate just 10minutes to boarding!? Best joke is that gate is in zone B, where you must travel but slowest train in the world. 200m drive but it will take in 15 minutes and pleasure of being in high crowd. Bravo!
