Worse app than the previous version
Addendum to my previous rating of “1.” The app will not allow me to transfer Hamilton tickets to other family members. The “Transfer” button at the bottom of each ticket will not respond. Generally, the Broadway in Indianapolis app has always been a piece of junk (keeping my language clean….). The new version is worse than the previous version. Log in using my Ticketmaster login/password. Ok, I did this over and over again. App didn’t recognize me. Finally, in frustration, I deleted the app, and reloaded it. Still clunky and unintuitive, but after going through a few steps, I got to a screen that had me login using my Ticketmaster info. Which worked this time. With same username and password I have always used. Hope that this helps someone. App deserves more “1” ratings. Mine would be less than”1”, if I could.
