App never works. Impossible to tell where the shuttle is 90% of the time. Even when you see it moving its not accurate. The drivers are the most incompetent drivers of all time. I have resorted to driving to the train and paying for parking.

The App never works, the shuttles both never fully show up on the maps making it difficult to know when go to the bus stops. Also, the shuttles are very sporadic with timing. The app needs improvement and so do the shuttle service. The positive is that the drivers are very friendly and nice people.

Very simple to follow based on your resident location.

This app is Terrible! It doesn’t show the route. Doesn’t show the stops! It doesn’t have a schedule of pick ups or drop offs. You can’t plan your travel well at all with this “so called” app! It needs Major Improvement!

It tells you exactly where the shuttle is.

Shuttle hasn’t appeared on APP for weeks...it’s broken !

This is the absolute worst app. The app never functions as it should.

It shows where the shuttle is on a map. That’s it. The stops are inaccurate and un-clickable. Only two actually show the name of the stop. There is no way to get an ETA so you’ll need to just guess. Your guess could be improved if this app showed the route but since it doesn’t you’ll have to memorize the turns on that map. Also don’t zoom in or out, the image will freeze and you’ll have to reopen the app. This is better than nothing but really a bad app. It’s just a GPS tracker
