Works after scanning card and using pin. Once the app is closed and opened again it sits on the main splash screen and goes nowhere. Can get it working again if you delete the app and then reinstall and setup again. But then we have the same problem. Have to reinstall & setup every time you use the app I think this has only happened since the last update a couple of days ago Normally works really well. The Security pin and text code is good. But seems to be a problem since this was added Would like to know how to fix this

Enter the product name and it gives you anything but. I would reckon this is a result of Bunnings pushing customers to what products they wish to sell. Prime example is enter Intergrain into search function and it comes back with “no product found”. 
Search for a product and the third or fourth item suggested has nothing to do with the original search. Poor effort all round.

Please teach ALL of the checkout staff how to transfer an order from the app into your register. I keep getting staff who don’t know how to do this. Wasted time after I have scanned the order into the app and then they have to do it all again.

Mostly shop at the Tamworth store. Staff on the Trade desk know, but at the main desk they often don’t.

Went to login on iPad, it asks for pin but does not allow the numeric pad to activate .  May have been a glitch or something to do with using it in landscape mode as it is ok now.  It would get five stars but the ability to search for products on receipts and download receipts needs much more work. For instance if I could search for the word screwdriver and it immediately found all the receipts with screwdriver therein that would be great .

It looks like something has gone terribly wrong with the last update from 09/Sep as I got logged out of the app and can no longer login. After entering card number, PIN code and the 2FA received via SMS, I get a message that something went wrong and then have to start again with card number. Logging in via the website works as expected. Happy to provide more details if needed.

Overall app is great but I think if they can another feature where we can add name to recipets in your recipet tab beside date and store. Name should appear on right . It will be easy to track expenses for different job and multiple clients .
