When I search for an item based on the I/N I receive an error that something is wrong on the app end.  It has previously worked fine up until now.

Sadly every time I go to use the app to check out it says “oops something went wrong on our end…” 
Same thing when I try to even add an item to my cart. 
Can be a really useful tool when it’s working properly but that rarely seems to be the case

App works well for paying in store. But the table view that shows receipts is broken - if you scroll back through a lot of receipts it jumps all over the place, making it impossible to find the receipt you want to open. Would be really great to have this fixed, as I often need to reference my receipts

Issue: delayed checkout; happens when using mobile data and Bunnings WiFi (one done both to isolate)
Occurrence: 95% of the time I use app to checkout. 

Problem: Delayed checkout.
1) scan items and add to cart
2) “proceed to checkout”
3) verifying (gets stuck and doesn’t load payment screen)
This has been happening since the last update. Staff have also commented that the app is “slow” with other users. 

What I’ve done: I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Loaded in my PowerPass card multiple times. I’ve complained to trade desk numerous times. 

Solution (if you’re also having this issue):
1) crash the app
2) aeroplane mode on/off
3) reopen app
4) bonus: if still not working (sometimes this happens) hold power button until slide to power off comes up, then enter pin. Repeat steps 1 & 3. 

Additional issue: searching for items within PowerPass app has less filters and is slower than just using the trade.bunnings website.

Hi support
Past few weeks app asks me to sign in to the Bunnings Aussie web site then put my pin before it will work. I’m in NZ!
Why has account and balance details been removed for the app. Now I have to sign on to the Bunnings web site to get account balances. Annoying when it worked well in the app.
