I’m not sure if it’s the app or the store crew’s inconpetence that led me to write a poor review for this app. So i ordered a chicken sandwich and their 2 for 129 promo, a staff called me and ask for the exact delivery address which i already have in my members profile. They kept asking me my exact location and i repeatedly answered patiently but they are really insisting a landmark which i never heard of before that made me raise my voice telling them that i don’t know the landmark they were talking about. It really annoyed me. I told them that panda riders knows my location since i always use food panda for ordering food. Several minutes later, they called again telling me that my order might get cancelled because i ordered a promo and used a Senior discount for it. So i told them to make a separate reciept for the promo because that’s what other stores do. And i already paid via gcash so i asked them if i reorder, will they refund my payment right away because that’s also the money im going to use, they hold me for a minute and then told me they’ll let it pass for now. REALLY ANNOYING.

Takes more than an hour for your order to be processed and Burger King employees are clueless to your delivery location even though you send them an exact pin on Google Maps.

Fast and delicious food

The menu is not updated, there are items that was not available yet it wasnt removed in the list snd we already paid for it. They had to cancel the order and i have to mock around again odering. They literally had to guide me over the call whice items are available. This would have been easier if they can remove and change items for me and refund the some amount. Delivery also another is another issue. It was marked delivered when infact delivery rider was still on his way here. There’s no gps showing where the rider is. I pinned my exact location in the address and still wasted 15mind calling up the driver for directions. SMS: they sent me and auto generated sms withe the rider’s contact number and it wasn’t theright phone number. It’s total chaos experience in this app, they have to fix/ organize their delivery system better. I rather pay more with grab and food panda for convenience than cheaper deals with your app

My gahddddd. Isang oras na yong order ko pero processing pa rin. Anong petsa na. Paid na yun and walang choice kundi antayin. Worst app. Mag grab kayo or fp nlng.

I love how I ordered and paid at 6:41 in the morning and my order is still being processed at 7:20. The customer support is also slow to respond so yeah, still waiting for at least the refund.

The processing time was so slow, I was very hungry so I chose Burger King since it's a fast food resto. I saw a poster where you can have discounts if you use their app. On the interface, the app is so confusing! It keeps on directing me to delivery. 😑 Now that I have ordered and paid using Gcash, the processing time took more than 30 minutes (as I am typing this). It's soooo frustrating. What a waste of time and money!

Waited for more than 2hours, and yet my order still pending

Love the app and the food is always fresh, warm, and not stingy when it comes to food serving. The delivery are always smooth.
