Extremely disappointed with Burger Lab! Their misleading advertisements convinced me to download their app and order food for free .. but what a total letdown! it. Feeling cheated and deceived. Avoid Burger Lab at all cost

Posted on insta to install app and get free burger, the burger wasnt even seen on app and when called upon to ask they said ‘burgers are finished now’. Pathetic way to get their app installed.

Don’t download this app so panthetic service they send me half of my order. stale burger and fries . And also charged extra

Bad taste and customer service. Had to wait for 1 hour and ten minutes. And taste was awful. Only ketchup sauce with little or no cheese having no taste.

There is too much lag while loading on this application as well as on your website. Whenever I click on the order now button it takes like eternity to open up even then it says some type of error ig 505.
