Both your TimesLIVE and BusinessLive apps are buggy and crash. I suspect it has to with your in app adverts that slow the app down, make it difficult to scroll and then causes them to crash. It’s so bad the “back” button on article often doesn’t work. Surely this can be fixed. It really impacts the experience negatively. Please fix!

Multiple complaints from various users about scrolling issues without any acknowledgment from the developer or BusinessDay. This makes the app totally unusable and many are further irritated by seeing adverts even when being a paying subscriber. Please resolve ASAP or you will start losing subscribers.

I think overall it's a good app with solid content. I just feel it's incredibly stupid to pay for Premium and still have to see adds as well. Please consider changing that. Or just get better naming for your subscription options. Never have I associated premium with adds. You should just give a premium option without adds even of it means paying more.

I love Bdlive, and I think the new app is amazing. Well done to the team in that regard. However, having ads for paying subscribers is not a great idea at all. The ads aren’t appealing at all and very distractive when one wants to simply focus on the editorial. Please reconsider your decision to have ads in the app for paying subscribers.
