The tracking status was always 10-20 minutes delayed. Some days it wouldn’t track at all in the morning and in the evening. It would also track the wrong bus and show different locations from what I have selected.

The bus is still getting the kids late to school

It seems like to be effective, drivers have to initialize and check off each stop. This seems like it’d be a huge distraction and unsafe. It’s possible I’m wrong but we only see the map update that the bus is about to arrive…when it arrives.

The bus app does not say where it is when it is on its way to the first bus stop

Seems to work well. Accurate enough to give my kids and me actionable intelligence on bus location (instead of operating in the dark).

The bus number can change from day to day. We do not get notified. If a new number or alternative bus is used the tracking is not updated. My child for some reason is marked to be taking 4043 going towards the city when she goes to PHMS. The tracking doesn’t show daily! If at all. I launch the app daily and it is a hit or miss. Busses show up way late and the kids arrive late and yet no update provided. The whole system just need to be revised, reviewed and perhaps replaced with something more accurate and reliable.

When this app works it is incredibly helpful. The amount of times it lags or just doesn’t work is incredibly frustrating. When the regular bus driver is doing the bus run you get into the routine of things and the app is not as necessary. But when there is a substitute, being able to track where the bus is can mean the difference between 15-20 minutes. In one instance we were alerted that the bus was on its way 30 minutes before the normal alert time. Thankfully I could actually see that the bus was still at the bus lot on the map and didn’t have to rush my child out the door. Just this morning the app froze up again. I closed and reopened it several times. Then I got a message saying now I don’t have access.

I am not satisfied with the accuracy of the gps and lack of notification between the bus company when their going to be late

Waiting for GPS takes forever

It would be nice if we could see if and when the bus is coming but it freezes and just never updates until the bus is at the stop and says arrived smh. We are literally just going out at random times because we don’t know when it’s coming smh.
