DO NOT USE THIS APP it is glitchy and slow. my card was not being accepted and kept coming up with error issues or saying my card details were entered incorrectly, i tried again and again because i thought i was entering the details wrong, it processed the payment 4 times. called the bottle shop closest to me that would receive my order and they didn’t get it. i will never be using this app again, you have been warned!

I downloaded the BWS app and started to go thru the onboarding process. The search for suburb/postcode field kept returning an error so I couldn’t proceed.

The app is consistently unreliable and never ready to use in stores. It logs you out and doesn’t seem to have been fixed by the latest update. Can’t even get past the first screen at the moment.

The app has become slow and glitchy since the last update.
Slow to load, often failing to load products when you click “show more” or “show all”, and will take your money without sending your order through. Given that it takes a couple of days to get your money refunded, I definitely would not recommend using until it has been fixed
