Great for motivation
The app works great and since there’s money involved, I can’t afford to be lazy. I think as it improves over time, you guys should include more exercises like squad or pull-up…

Great idea. Repeating technical issues.
I do not recommend this app for the push-up challenge. It missed three out of my 15 days. Have a modern phone, great Internet, etc. —- When efforts in a challenge are mistakenly not identified, it’s disheartening. No response from the support team as to why the push-up efforts were intermittently no recorded. My understanding is that some type of AI is used to verify if the push-ups are valid. I expect the problem is in that step of the verification process.
Horrible support
Money has been stuck and can’t get any support. Really bad experience
The idea is awesome but it’s not worth it.
You deposit your balance into the app to sign up for challenges. (Unless you’re doing the free ones) You are charged a processing fee when you deposit and withdraw. The challenges are completed by most people so you end winning about $1 after a challenge. You’re charged a fee when you withdraw so technically you’re losing more money than you gained. To make matters worse, the withdraw feature will not function. It repeatedly gives errors and asks you to contact support. You’re better off taking your money and going to an actual gym.
Keeps You Accountable
Cadoo is a good motivational workout app. After joining their Discord group you truly see the team wants to see everyone succeed. Whether they are fielding app problems as quickly as possible or explaining how to improve your form on various activities. The challenges definitely push you to improve as long as you do not try to cheat the system. I am eager to see the new features and ideas they come out with in the future.

This is a good App to Maintain a healthy Lifestyle,And without expecting anything, Cadoo rewards me with money, but the best thing is that Cadoo it has given me good friends, which I admire and respect and appreciate, 🫶🏃♀️
