Callconnect – DRT

Don’t bother with this app, schools will book out rides really early in the morning so you cannot possibly get a bus. And when you can the app won’t work or buses will be late.

What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t let you book or give you alternatives. So much for using public transport!

Impossible to find a slot.Have to enter to and from every single time it says journey not available. No notifications now about when it’s arriving so expected to potentially wait in the rain for 20 minutes. Why are the new notifications now? Can’t get through to anybody on the phone

The app’s ok, it’s just the booking, the first time I used it I wanted 9:30am so they gave me 9:30am-9:50am window but then I ended up with final pick up time of after 10am, it’s a good thing I didn’t have an appointment.

Used the Callconnect service and app for the first time the other day after being told about it by a friend. App was very easy to use and booking process was extremely fast and easy. Bus was on-time and was well priced. Being able to track the bus in the app is a game changer. Definitely will be using the service more now it’s this easy and convenient. Just wished the app would send more push notifications to update you on your booking.

the buses don’t show up, the drivers are horrid. from my experience there was a women eating crisps. she then proceeds to lick her fingers and give me money. then there is a glitch where i cant book anything when i’m desperate for transport
