The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get, and their customer service is excellent. They’re always quick to respond and make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, the vibe of Calo is so positive, it’s clear they care about their customers and want to make healthy eating easy and fun. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I have had a bad experience the second month were the meals am getting are the medium size and i have contacted them several times to resolve the issue and they said that they sent it to the IT department to get it resolved, that was three weeks ago and still not resolved unfortunately. They did extend my subscription for every day i got the medium meal i will give them that

Delivery is either too late or too early, even though i have it set between 6-10pm. A four hour window for deliveries and they cant stick to it. 

And they’re overpriced compared to their competitors. Its not worth it

Overall the experience is positive. Easy to navigate through the app and the subscription pause is easily accessible. 

It is quite frustrating that the App logs me out constantly. I have to input my phone number and wait for a code before picking my meals. Just keep customers logged in. It’s hardly a security issue if someone gets access to my lunch menu.

### ***** "Very tasty food and excellent customer service"
Due to my busy schedule I don’t have time to cook, so I have tried a lot of meal subscriptions. However, I would get tired of the same taste and that there was just a little meat compared to carbs in the dishes. 

Then I decided to change my meal provider to Calo and I don’t regret my decision. Food is very tasty, a lot of options to choose from, appropriate amount of protein in each dish, and also their customer service is the best. So I definitely recommend Calo to anyone who don’t have time to cook and want to eat healthy.
