This app is the worst I ever used, and I use the word “used” cautiously as it is simply non-operational. Dreadful

Used a couple of times which made it slightly easier to pay bills. Now it just runs up to a white screen. I have tried removing and re-installing. Welcome back flashes up, then a white screen.

Can’t even download the app let alone use it.

Absolutely useless. Every time i get a bill from these people there is a different way to pay it, the old App worked but this one won’t even register me.

There is nothing to say. Since the recent update it won’t open and all I get is a white screen. So impossible to review, zero stars.

This really isn’t worth having. If you want to look at your bill or make any amendments to details it just leaves you hanging waiting to load. C’mon South’s Staffs, data leaks and apps that aren’t fit for purpose, Del Boy had more success with Peckham Spring water.

Shows my new address, but the bills section said I no longer lived here. Had to phone to find out a delete and reload was needed to make this work. Then, as another reviewer states, the bills function only whirls round, but never loads. Not worth having.

Great new look and layout, but obviously wasn’t tested with dark mode, can’t see the meter reads properly.

The app is pretty basic and only works occasionally. The online system of the company is pretty dysfunctional, I moved address 6 months ago and still trying to sort out what address should be billed and why - the app is terribly unhelpful with this as most things that matter you actually cannot use it for.

The app stays stuck on the download icon when downloading bills ...so you can’t ever see your statements, has been like this for over 12 months, so I don’t think it will ever be fixed
