Still, as some of the information had to be typed in manually, I had to wait for customer service to approve my registration. Next day, even though it was a Sunday, I received confirmation. My husband who was trying to activate his account multiple times unsuccessfully also received helpful advice from customer care. I believe the quality of the customer care service is excellent. They are kind, helpful and resolve issues fast.
