Mind you, I took photo with my iPhone 16 camera which is so high definition that when I zoom in I can even see small crisp on the receipt. But then when I upload the photo onto the app? I have to re-login but when I open up the App, there is no selection for members login. It only has “Continue as Guest” “Login a Tourist” and “Enter mobile number to continue”. Carpark dollars are always unable to be redeemed using the points somehow, citing reasons that it is “Fully Redeemed”, which is laughable, considering that they are a building conglomerate which controls the parking fees and etc! Also, they made the carpark redemption page only available on the second last tab like they are hoping that you wouldn’t even notice it exists, which speaks volumes about how eager they want you to redeem it on their tenants instead of their carpark!
