It freezes at every turn. Awful!!!

The app would be convenient but it simply has too many issues. Anytime you click into a chat or form you are unable to click the back or close button to return to the main screen. Basically your only option is to close out the app and sign back in otherwise you’re just stuck on whatever screen you clicked into. The sizing is also terrible and doesn’t fix my screen correctly. Some parts of the page I’ll be unable to view. If there is a text box at the bottom of a page, the keyboard will cover it so you cant see what you are typing. If it helps the devs i have an iPhone 16. If they fix these bugs I would change this to 5 star, but right now the app is barely usable.

Endless loop of asking for your phone number, getting a code, entering the code, telling you that you already have an account and to go back and login with email address. Only to go back to asking for your phone number again. App has been broken for months. If you login from a browser, half the links are broken and site won’t let you download your documents.

Once I enter my code I’m dumped out of the app to the iPad Home Screen, so the app (which I updated to current version) is essentially useless to me …

So many flaws in this app. My account identifies me as my son and unable to lookup my other children’s medical.

Unable to download the documents in the ‘documents’ section. All feature do not export the pdf. Please fix bug.

Overstaffed and refuse to provide proper service. They will nickel and dime and the staff are not respectful of a customers time at all. Show up on time and they see you 30 minutes later, don’t send the labs they request and are very rude.

My first few experiences with Carbon was good but after a while they kept wanting me to reschedule and video appointment over and over again even though I have my diagnosis. Then they try to charge you extra and they immediately try to charge your card without you knowing it. I find it very ridiculous. They don’t take low income healthcare, like partnership of health plan of California and they also charged me over $600 in bills and they never even told me this beforehand overtime. They kept wanting to charge me for things, and kept wanting to reschedule an appointment, even though I have my diagnosis. It’s honestly ridiculous and not only that but I had to wait for over an hour to two hours in the waiting room. The lady upfront was also very rude and kept saying you need to come back when we’re ready. They don’t offer low income healthcare at all. It’s honestly ridiculous and they kept overcharging medication‘s and other things like that now I have to deal with all of this money that I never was intending on spending. Honestly the worst healthcare I’ve ever visited 👎

Great app if you want to waste time with terrible user interface and receive misleading information, surprise bills, and be insulted by customer service agents. This epitomizes everything wrong with our healthcare system across the board in terms of inadequate technology, overworked healthcare providers, and hateful administrators in one neat little experience.

In the past I used this app to book appointments and manage prescriptions. Today, unable to log in because the iOS app interface is such that when I enter a log in code, I can’t ,I’ve the number keypad in order to click “log in.” iPad app has text entry boxes off screen hidden beside login button. Once in the app, choosing a location for care shows a blank screen. Thanks for nothing Carbon! Please fix or I will not be using and will likely find another provider.
