No option to upload KYC and they keep sending sms msg to upload KYC .

Easily My Policy got Renewed
My policy got port easily maximum one day. App is also very good you can download your policy any time and also enable emergency login for your spouse. Thanks

Not good
A pop up keeps appearing asking to log in after 10mins as there were too many log in attempts. This happens with the very first attempt itself!! Expected better.
OTP never received to login
Today was my first day using this app for a new corporate health insurance provided by my employer through this new service provider. Despite multiple attempts, I never received the email OTP while logging in. I expected this app to be an improvement over the previous provider (ICICI Lombard), but it seems to be a step backward.
Policy mapping issue
Hi Team, Facing issue while mapping Policy. Not able to enter OTP. Keyboard is not opening on-click on “Enter OTP” text box.
