App does not email me when new messages are uploaded. I have to check the app constantly to get the info from my Moms care home. A total waste

### **--- "Clumsy and complicated"
This app is far more clumsy than it should be and not at all intuitive. It took several minutes to figure out where to go to add a new symptom or event. To log a seizure, I have to then scroll allllll the way down the list of available symptoms. There doesn’t seem to be a quick click type feature to more easily enter my most common symptoms. Then for seizures, it just has severity level - any other into like type of seizure is just entered as a free text note.  The chart is nice, but I don’t see any way to actually download my data. All in all, there are much nicer symptom trackers out there.

### ***** "See Doc. Here’s what’s been going on with my kids."
With very little setup effort, my wife and I were able begin using this app to track the care of our kids. We use it to track which kid gets which medication, their symptoms, and things like temperature. These logs made it a whole lot easier to explain to the doctors what we were experiencing at home. Anyone with kids knows that your child will suddenly be symptom-free once they enter the doctors office, and you can’t rely on your partner to know what you were dealing with at 2:30 AM!
