Worst customer service
Responses to issues are rushed, and tickets are often closed without confirming with the requester whether the issue has been resolved.

SCAM
You're better off buying a obd scanner than this THIS IS A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. Samcrac stopped using them after their shady practices. You’re not signing up for a one off charge. They will continue to charge you every year.
Not good
Annual subscription model sucks. Why pay $100 once on something like obdeleven when you can pay $100 every year to use this? And just recently I keep getting error to connect to internet because the carly user data is out of date.. but it is connected. You cannot use this app if you're offline it seems.
Can’t scan any BMW .
I can’t scan any bmw, the app is getting stuck at the end of scanning and it does not give you the report , stupid update. Stop breaking it every other update
Absolute ripoff, almost a scam.
Just a word of caution to anyone who falls for the scam this company is - you are required to purchase a physical OBD scanner and then purchase a subscription on top of that in order to even analyze the codes that the proprietary pile of junk finds. The scanner will tell you there are codes found but you cannot read the codes without an overpriced scamscription. Fool me once, never again.
Scam tool
Remember snake oil salesman? This app is the modern equivalent. They do not support the product, and refuse to refund money that they take. It is a recurring charge annually… at that price, buy a scan tool or something that works for more than 2 months
Dishonest and misleading subscription
After not using the app for more than 8 months the they auto-renew on me out of the blue. I request a refund. They refuse. I feel so cheated and helpless. This is not the way to treat customers.
Subscription required for basic diagnostics - 2007 Toyota Camry
Don’t waste your money and buy this, I can’t even get basic features to work without subscription
