Is it normal to receive a new BMW with over 52 error messages due to compatibility issues with German cars? I am deeply disappointed and no longer able to trust your product. I visited an authorized BMW service center to inspect my new car, and everything was in order and functioning perfectly. I believe you should review your compatibility app and device thoroughly. I attempted to connect with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but most of its features were not working.

I bought the full version and Carly universal adaptor, there’s a big lack of options for most of the cars I tried (BMW F10 2014, BMW E90 2007, BMW E90 2010, Passat B8 2016, Passat B8 2018, Seat Ibiza Fr 2020, BMW E60 2008, BMW E46 2004, BMW F10 2011, BMW F10 2014). There’s a big lack of options any other cheap adaptor good have. App Support are very rude and unhelpful. At last, options available are reverted, in a way that when i code an option it codes another function. DONT BUT OR SUBSCRIBE ITS A CHEAT!

 Live parameters are not accurate, latency is very high and numbers are not accurate enough or don’t guide you to specified analogs. With my pc and 15$ K-line i get better analysis and parameters for whatever part in the car i like.
