Has your company closed down? The webpage is completely unavailable, there is no email to contact customer service, your app cannot be logged in by any method after being installed on a new device, and the app that has already been logged in on the old device has not been unlocked even if the annual fee is purchased. It is simply a scam now, and no one is managing it at all.

Bought the full version app for bmw before but now they changed the way to take the money and is require subscription fee yearly to use the functions now. So I haven’t owned bmw for years and today when I tried to use it and I can’t use the funtions now. I think if they want to do it this way they should start another new brand and new app and leave the old app for the old customers who purchased it to keep using it
