While purchasing app, be aware that “Smart mechanic” option is selected by default, so the price will be higher than what you see in the top of the purchase screen! Beautifully played by marketing team. If you want to see full price, you have to look at the top and at the bottom of purchase screen and do the math yourself.

The really usefull functionality is fairly limited and error descriptions often do not make much sense. To get to the real issue you need to do a lot own research over internet for identified error codes.  However the worst thing is that upon subscription they force you into automatic renewal of the licence which you may not notice or forget until the next annual fee is charged to your bank account without any warning which comes as very unpleasant and costly surprise. If you still wish to try (which I do not recommend), cancel automatic subsription renewal immediatelly after the order. And read their general terms of business carefully.

I bought the subscription thinking there's a risk free trial (it says so on the website). Turns out, risk free isn't free. Great, but isn't Carly a German company? It is. So EU laws should apply and if I didn't use the subscription in 14 days, they should refund? Well, no, they will literally refuse to refund you and ask you to try the app first. Their refund policy allows returns only of the adapter, which is free, by the way. Nobody cares that EU laws contradict the returns policy of this scam company.
