### *---- "Misleading pricing"
I was thinking of buying a carly adapter for my BMW. Went with a UCSI-2100 instead. Reason is - Carly is a subscription service on top of already paying 150€ for the device + smart mechanic. Information about thr subscription is so deeply hidden in the website. In fact, i had to google pricing and saw an individual had already e-mailed carly about pricing. The pricing is about 150€ PER YEAR if you want BMW + smart mechanic. Keep in mind no where on the official carly website can you find the pricing for this. Very dodgy marketing and manipulating the buyer. Once you've bought the adapter and realise it's a YEARLY subscription only, there kind of is no other option. Sure, it is very user-friendly but the yearly subscription was not mentioned even once when i was about to purchase the carly reader. Stay away from Carly. As far as i've read, it was nice until recent years when they started charging subscriptions.

Doesnt work with my BMW e85 and ios latest version iphone 12 pro, not recomended, useless, Europe, Latvia. Customer support is very very very low… in home page they said ship to Europe with DHL but they send me it with Itella, delivery time was 16 days
to Europe, Latvia from Germany and tracking number didnt work. For returning they dont want to cover shipping, they are just scaming people. Dont buy their adapters and dont buy that license its for year not months
it is useless
