After getting items & energy from the adventures, this game will do a refresh , I have to retap the castle & the items & energy I got before, well I did not get it, nothing as before & everything was in my inventory but not after the refresh & I will thank that update, in which they are not in the habit of doing
At one time this game was fun but now it’s seems harder than ever :( so disappointed

I have played this since pretty much its inception and as the expression goes, I think they have outgrown their britches. The glitching, rollbacks, errors, etc have outpaced the quality control and customer service. They’re in over their heads and I think their servers must be smoking. I only keep going because I have invested so much and put in so much time. When it is working, it is very enjoyable and there’s lots of cute creatures and activities to do but it also does make you want to curse….more frequently than I’d like to admit.

Trying to kill a golem which is suppose to drop tokens to trade at the wagon, there are no tokens. Stoped at 44 when I know 120 is max. When killing stouts to get the required items to complete quests, the items are not dropped. When I sent a message to support they said they don’t give hints. I wasn’t looking for a hint. Fix the darn game. Time to stop playing again.

It’s a great game but you have some glitches that no one is fixing. I’ve reported one to your support and gotten no response. Ivy is stock, her plot of land is still locked, and there is no option to unlock it anymore. So now I’ve got that plot of land and can’t do anything with it or with Ivy or her quest line.

I started playing this in 2011 and then I upgraded my phone all my data was lost and I have never been able to retrieve it because I don’t remember my StormID from 2011. I was a really high level
and also bought items so that infuriates me. I have emailed them trying to get help over the years with no luck. That was before everything was transferred to your next phone easily.

I have no real complaints about the game. I like the various story lines so even when completing a task that takes a looong time, there are other story lines to also work on. I have occasionally taken a break from the game when I got busy, but was able to pick it up again even after several months.

I love this game. I have been playing this game for over 15 years, but over the last 4 to 5 month when I open the game - it will crash immediately after. So I have to open it again, and it will crash again. This cycle will go on for 20 to 25 or more times before the game will stay open so I can play. It has become very frustrating. I have tried every suggestion in the forums to fix the problem, but nothing works.

I go on and off with this game because it takes too long to get to where I need to go.  I also have come across actually achieving the goals, but the system does not calculate it every time I do what I’m supposed to do.  It’s a decent game, but I really wish that things could move a little faster.  The only way you can do that is to spend a lot of money and I’m not willing to do that on this game unless I can see some results that make more sense.
