Too complicated. Doing fund transfers are really hard and higher fees being charged, even for online shopping the currency exchange rate is too high. The app directly cannot do any common and important things like fund transfers, we need to login through the web ever- time that’s sometimes unsecured. In vain I registered for a savings account at this unprofessional and complicated banking system. When I make a purchase online via the debit card , the amount deducted is on hold. So what if the debit card is hacked and the unauthorized users take an amount above the balance amount??? These features are not secure at all. Please make improvements in your application keep it technologically simple, secured and updated. The same developer has many applications on AppStore, I'm not sure which to download. Completely frustrating!
