Keep getting email receipts for trips under my account and name in Singapore that I did not make. 

Luckily that I did not provide any card information in the apps. Feels like my account is compromised and being used by someone else. Reported the issue and they said they fixed it, but still getting those email. Even though I requested my account being deleted. 

They can’t keep your account secured.

This app charge my card as soon as you pressed the book button, driver showed up for the first ride. But for our second ride, this app charge me money but the driver never arrived and i missed my flight. Customer support is also non-existent, only some FAQ and feedback form that doesn’t resolve any issues!

All is wrong with GPS localization for this App. I enter my current location many times but still it’s automatically changes my location to nearby buildings. It is showing taxi is in other streets while it is waiting outside for you.

Also tried to find Village Hotel Sentosa by address but failed. Trying Village Hotel popping out a lot result but nothing related.

It’s function is unbelievably inconsistent and it makes me want to cry every time. also when a cab cancels on you twice and you try to book one and cancel it- the app locks and you can’t order a cab. i’ve been stuck on 1% phone battery unable to order a cab.

To the ConfortDelgro App team, lift your game. I'm trying to leave feedback via the App but the only email configuration you have set up is for it to connect with Apple's email engine. Have you seriously not heard of Gmail and Outlook?? No one uses Apple's email App!!

The feedback I was going to leave is the Pay for Streethail functional keeps crashing because I don't want to put a payment option (Cabcharge or MasterCard) I want to use PayLah but the App exits the Streethail function of you cancel the payment option pop up. Put end users before business partners and you'll find yourself doing a better job!!
