Cello also offers easy payment in many paid parking lots such as Ahuzot HaHof, Central Park, Ariel Properties, Azrieli Malls, yair hashaher, Melisron and hundreds of other parking lots around the country. easy payment for tolls (Route 6 North, the Expressway) and Rav Kav charging. Cello also conveniently offers many road services that will always keep you safe, such as road services and towing services, nationwide flat tire services and car wash services at a discounted price. I haven’t even managed to use it for what it’s designed for yet and already all the pages for removing a credit card or changing billing methods or anything like that or all completely broken both on their website and in the app.

Not creepy or suspicious at all.

Their WhatsApp chat bot recommended a page to remove or update my credit card and that page didn’t even exist

מתברר שהבת שלי התקינה את האפליקציה לשימוש מידי פעם ברכב שלנו ההורים. מאז (כמעט שנתיים) יורד לה מנוי כולל שירותי גרירה למרות שבשיחה אם נציג היא סרבה לכל הצעה של מנוי.
בחיפוש מהיר מתברר שהיא לא היחידה וזו שיטה אצל סלופארק. עושק של מי שלא מנוסה (נהגת צעירה) או לא מקפיד לבדוק כל שורה בחיובים.

They signed me up for paid subscription I didn’t asked for. Because it was 1 month for free, I didn’t loose any money, but still.
After that I asked to remove my payment information, they say it’s impossible (not sure it’s legal).
After that I asked them to remove my account at all, they say that representative will call me. 
20.12.2023 - that was the day of my request
Today is 31.01.2024 and they still didn’t call me.

Opened app just to see if there was parking and it automatically scheduled me for next day parking! Even when I pressed cancel and go out of it, I was charged on next day! Although I wasn’t even in the city that I “parked”. 
Wouldn’t even notice that I was “parked” if didn’t decide to visit another place and pay there. 
The app schedule parking for me. When I canceled it, the app didn’t cancel and proceeded with parking, with my location nearly 35km away still parked me without any confirmation from me. 
Interface is lacking, need multiple confirmation for actions, overall this app tried to get every cent from your wallet.
