### ****- "Good results, the app needs some improvement"
The programs are good and you’ll have great results if you follow them. The problem is with the app. Sometimes it will take ages to
load an exercise preview. The app also consumes a lot of data! A fix for that would be not to load every sing exercise preview again and again, since exercises repeat themselves within a workout, but only load it once. ( or add an option to download the workout) Also it would be nice for the Centr Programs like Centr Power to get added to your planner when you start them. (or at least have the option to do so).

### ***** "Honestly Worth it"
I never rate apps or even write reviews but seeing all the negative comments about centr hurt me so I had to intervene. 

I’ve been using centr for almost a year now; well more like 9 months, and my progress is amazing. 
Centr doesn’t just offer you workouts. It offers food advice, meditation, technique training; basically anything to improve your workouts and your life in general. I really recommend trying the free trial out, you won’t miss anything. Then if you like it, which you will, continue the program. It might be slightly expensive but it’s worth it!

That’s my honest belief. Cheers!

Was excepting much more than just this. The UI feels old and generally the app doesn’t provide something a free app is providing. It’s more expensive than an actual gym membership. Would not recommend
