Called many times over the helpline but no one able to track the courier and every time they said we are escalating your issue. Worst experience i had with center point. I am very sorry to say that the Center Point application I used to order my baby’s diapers did not deliver my order on time. The app always shows that my order will be delivered tomorrow which is next day of the purchase, but when I called customer care, they irresponsiblely tells me it will deliver one day later. This is not what the application indicates. Recently, I contacted customer support, and a representative named Mr. Umar Al Zubaid responded to me in an irresponsible and unprofessional manner. I will no longer be a customer. This happened to me for the third time. Today, one of my orders was about to be delivered, but when I called them, it hadn't been delivered according to the application shipment tracking. The same issue was repeated by customer care.

My rating here concerns PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it may sound weird but i noticed multiple times that in the assessment following the call from 1-5, if you don’t press 5 ( equals excellent) the system will not accept and will tell you wrong entry! Either this happens automatically or as a system error, it reflects serious inaccuracy in feedback system, on top, they didn’t show they care when i reported that issue which increases the suspicion of manipulation.
