No solution at all, just procrastination, haven’t got my chains nor my money nor anything in concrete. I am in the air and no solution has been given. Really sad because it was a birthday gift for my son. He is very sad and frustrated as well as I am.

Chains looks amazing, but they do turn your neck green over time

Previously only made website purchases before finding out the company had an app. The app is made easy and convenient for anyone. The only downfall that I have noticed is that I am unable to refine my searches and can only use the sort tab, otherwise it’s easier to make a purchase on the app than online.

I think it should be possible to put the changes we want in the pendants (the choice of names) through the App, when I buy something I hope it arrives as soon as possible, and wait until I get a call to explain exactly how I want is much more boring than writing while I make the purchase. But the rest is ok
