Sumamente intuitiva y segura, no se porque varios mencionan que no funciona, posiblemente es cuestión de entender que es una aplicación con varios candados de seguridad (lo cual se agradece), y que antes de comenzar a utilizar debes entender como hacerlo. Una vez que comienzas a usarla y con el tiempo se vuelve realmente sencillo interactuar con la misma. Personalmente la utilizo a diario y es realmente útil y practica.

No funciona , genera gran perdida de tiempo .

I have been using Certify mobile app and website for couple of years now. It’s so so slow and I have to update 1 expense at a time. Mobile is only good for uploading receipts. They haven’t innovated in last 1 year but for auto reading the expenses. Very time consuming. If only they allow uploading multiple images at a time and implement better sorting in website.

Junky app and terrible underlying service.

I’ve used Concur, Skovik, and now Certify. I have to say Certify is by far the worst I’ve used and I’ve used something called Skovik. The setup, the layout, and the fact that it’s a webpage acting as an app just doesn’t work. Certify is a huge company owned by a bigger company… I’m sure they can spare some cash and build a real app.

Please. Please. Please change it back. Picking the customer from a drop down is abysmal. At the very least allow users to type the name and have it look up in the list as they type. I now have to scroll through 500+ customer names to find the one I’m looking for.

Why is there no option to receive notifications from the app? When managers have a report to approve, they are only notified via email. Would be much better for a notification to pop-up right on your phone.

When you go to add receipt, frequently nothing happens. Also, sometimes when taking pics of receipts, there’s just a white screen. Very buggy and frustrating.

We use this at work and I am trying to use the mobile app and it does nothing. Both PC version and mobile are GARBAGE

Expenses take a while to populate. Receipts are hard to link to expenses. You barely use the App because it sends you to a website to do the receipt with expenses. Do better…
