Very bad experience with support team
Provides incomplete information. Response from support team is super slow. Overall very unsatisfactory experience.

Super easy to use - great all round
I really loved this great app. So good to know exactly where you are with the process, all the information in one place.
Useless
Useless app and useless solicitors. Avoid at all costs to save you stress and time!
Horrendous! Constant crashing. Not fit for purpose.
Not sure who wrote this app, but it’s horrendous when it comes to the actual “doing things” part, such as taking a scan of your passport etc. It crashes when you try to scan your passport and thus is completely useless. Going back to the old way of emailing etc. Very poor! iPhone 12 Pro. iOS 15.4.1
Docs didn’t reach lawyer via app
Not impressed by the app at all after waiting 6 weeks to hear from my lawyer only to find out that they hadn’t received anything I submitted via the app. Not the individual lawyer’s fault but the tech has really let me down.
